Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Policy on Bets and Deposits
Please read our policy carefully before participating in any race.

1. Race Entry Fees (Bets)

Once a user joins a race lobby by paying the entry fee (bet), the transaction is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the game and the prize pool for all participants.

An exception is made if a user leaves a "waiting" lobby before the race starts. In this case, the bet amount will be automatically refunded to the user's wallet. However, once the lobby status changes to "countdown" or "in-progress," no refunds will be issued.

2. Wallet Deposits

Funds deposited into your Aishotrs Racers wallet are non-refundable and can only be used to participate in races on the platform. We do not process refunds for unused wallet balances. Please deposit only the amount you intend to use for gameplay.

3. Technical Issues

In the event of a documented technical failure or server-side error that disrupts a race, we will investigate the incident. If our investigation confirms a platform error, we may, at our sole discretion, refund the entry fees to the affected participants. User-side issues such as poor internet connectivity or device malfunction are not eligible for refunds.

4. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., cheating, fraud, underage gaming), any remaining balance in your wallet will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the exceptions mentioned above, please contact our support team at viniapp.infotech@gmail.com with your User ID, the Lobby ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
